Grapefruit Delight Fruit Juice

Grapefruit Delight

  • 2 or 3 apples
  • ½ grapefruit

Remove the peel of the grapefruit but leave as much of the white membrane as possible. The white membrane contains bioflavonoids. Remove the seeds of the apple before juicing.
