Basil can be bought from your local grocery store, usually in plastic contains to keep the Basil fresh. But you can also grow Basil yourself.
Important
Due to the fact that Basil is a green juice, you will find it beneficial to have no more than about ¼ of your juice consisting of green juice.
General
I enjoy adding a few leaves of fresh Basil every now and then to my juice. I like to wrap the Basil leaves in another leaf to help the juicer extract the juice more easily.
