Look for shiny Zucchinis that are firm. Zucchini is easily grown in your garden. Although you need room as it is a crawler like all squashes. But if you grow your own Zucchini, then you will have a bountiful amount of fresh Zucchinis to eat and juice.
Important
The juice of Zucchini is quite bland. So mix with other vegetables such as carrots.

Most people drink Zucchini juice during the summertime, when Zucchinis are grown. Not only do you get fresh Zucchini juice during the summer months, but also Zucchini helps cool the body. Zucchini is said to be a natural internal cleanser including for the colon.
