Freshness Test

When I think of peaches, I always think of the book by Roald Dahl entitled "James and the Giant Peach". When I think of this book, I think of deep colored orange peaches and this is what you should look for when buying peaches. Look for slightly firm, but squeezable peaches.

Important

Don't forget to remove the pit.

General

Fresh peach juice can be a little bit thick. To dilute the peach juice, you can add some water or apple juice.
