Concentrated Whole Food Supplement
It's a fact, not everyone can make fresh juice on a regular basis nor does everyone have the time to make fresh juice every day. As a result, I am asked on a regular basis what is the best supplement to use?
I always tell people the same thing... use a concentrated whole food supplement because food is what the body knows best. Wholesome food is the best source of nutrition for the body.
First, let's review how a concentrated whole food will serve you in two very important ways:
- Take a whole food supplement every day because you will enjoy the benefits of wholesome nutrition. In addition, a concentrated whole food supplement is easy to take on trips, to school, to work and so on. Whole food supplements are easy to prepare and take as many are in liquid form, powder form (add and shake), chewable tablets, etc. Most whole food supplements are also great tasting. A concentrated whole food supplement is not a meal replacement but it's a great way to add valuable nutrition to your daily life. People who take a concentrated whole food supplement on a regular basis usually comment how much they feel better too!
- The next way that a concentrated whole food supplement serves you well is that not only is a concentrated whole food supplement an excellent substitute when you are too busy (or lazy) to make fresh juice, but when you do juice, you should actually be adding a concentrated whole food supplement to your fresh juice.
